TWORK EXPERIENCE

I have worked in the IT field for 28 years and have more than 20 years of senior management experience. I had the opportunity to try myself as a leader in various fields. Among other things, I know the everyday life of a production plant, how a service center works, how to manage an international organization, build or restructure teams, or even manage cultural differences within a company. Nonetheless I also know how wonderful it is to lead people and achieve results with them. I come from here and often recall these experiences during coaching sessions. I can help others become more effective and inspiring, more empathetic leaders – people.
