WORK EXPERIENCE

As an ICF accredited executive and team coach, I have been working with national and international executives and teams since 2007, after a communications and banking career, with a law degree in economics and with more than 2,500 hours of professional experience.

I served as the founder and president of the Hungarian ICF Association and the Hungarian Association of Coach Organizations, as well as a member of the ICF EMEA Regional Advisory Board for years. In 2012, I received one of the most acclaimed ICF President’s Award for my work as a coach.

I am the Co-Founder of the Coach Academy ACTP, which was founded 10 years ago, also I am one of the founders and trainers of Bossert International Executive Coach Training ACTP and a qualified PCC assessor. I have accumulated over 2,000 hours of coaching and mentoring coaching experience over the past 10 years.

I graduated from the Norwegian Gestalt Institute as a Gestalt Therapist and have been working with clients as a therapist since 2017.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the European Association of Gestalt Therapy (EAGT).

As a leadership and business coach, I provide individual support and development to senior and middle managers. I work with management teams in order to make them work together more effectively, to resolve their conflicts together and to commit to shared goals. I also participate in organizational development projects as a manager and team coach. One of my professional passions is working with mature senior executives in order to support them in finding their personal, inspiring vision in their careers as well as in their private lives.
