HOW WE WORK AS COACHES …

We work as facilitators and coaches in the process according to the ethical guidelines and standards of the International Coaching Federation, ICF. We are responsible for the process, the framework and the supportive, inspiring atmosphere in which the leader learns, develops, changes and works towards achieving their goals. Our main tools are our personality, effective questioning techniques and our insightful attention. All our coaches are members of the international and Hungarian departments of the ICF.

“Coaching Team is not committed to a single tool and methodology, rather we try to continuously develop in the most important and latest national and international approaches and coaching tools, and to strengthen the synergy in our team in this way. All of this in order to provide our clients with the most appropriate methodology.”

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Business coaching is usually aimed at solving problems arising from business dilemmas, but can also help you to learn a variety of skills. When working with senior managers, we talk about executive coaching In this case, we are talking about ‘personal training’ with senior managers, typically on strategic issues, change management and various leadership dilemmas.

In business coaching we work with executives, middle managers, managers, entrepreneurs, and the topics can range from career coaching to skill coaching.

We can work on developing basic leadership skills (motivation, team building, delegation, decision making, organisational skills, communication, etc.) so that you can build on them later with confidence, but the topic can also be about stress management, self-branding and career management.

We believe that the coachee’s goal can deepen and refine during the coaching process, so our goal is not only to support the coachee in creating action plans, but also in the dimensions of personality, awareness and self-awareness in order to generate sustainable change.

    GROUP COACHING

Group coaching is a development process for us, where the individual development of the participants takes place around a given theme, with the active participation of the group.
Skill development, problem solving, dealing with the personal impact of organisational issues, lack of progress on an individual level, can all be the subject of group coaching.

Participants in the coaching will not only witness but actively participate in the progress of the case presenter, and in doing so, they will also move forward in their own defined topics.

During a 4-hour coaching session, it is possible to have 2-3 case presenters.

      ACTION LEARNING

Action learning is a specialized form of small-group development with a coaching approach, pioneered by British professor Reg Revans. It is regarded by many experts as one of the most significant advancements in management and organizational development in the past 50 years.

Although it is difficult to pin down a strict definition, the core of this method lies in people’s natural inclination to focus on what they don’t yet know, rather than what they already do. This approach requires self-examination, critical questioning, and deep self-reflection.

      TEAM COACHING

In our experience, team coaching is one of the most useful tools for effective team building and development, as it is a coach-led process that aims to achieve team goals by building on the strength, energy, knowledge, ideas and experience of the team members.

Team coaching is a developmental method that creates a learning process by working through the team’s current issues, blockages and problems. Team coaching can be aimed at improving team performance, increasing trust and cooperation, clarifying group roles, or even creating a strategy and operation of the team.

The coaching process consists of a minimum of 4 sessions.
