In our development solutions, we like to think in terms of process, prepare thoroughly and then help our clients with the implementation.
We think in terms of inspiring and practice-oriented collaboration and emphasise the nature of the workshop rather than the classical training approach. Our complex leadership development programs are both intensive and mindset-shaping, supported by the latest program design used by the Coaching Team, the so-called “sprint structure” design. This is designed to keep the learning process fresh and active and to bring the skills to life in a way that participants can relate to the knowledge elements imparted in the leadership development training through their own cases and examples.
In designing the programme elements, we have adopted an experiential but pragmatic, methodologically modern, inspiring, digitally advanced approach to leadership development, which focuses on both individual and peer development and individual responsibility and commitment.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WITH AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH
Learn about our new training development approach of thematic sprints, which last around 3-4 weeks and focus on developing up to 3 competencies or skills.

1. PRE-WORK
(1-2 HOURS)
Aims to get familiar with the topic and to prepare for the WS by reviewing e.g. case studies, article collections, video collection, specific tests to be used during the workshop.
The pre-work will also include a short online participant needs assessment. The aim of this is to identify the participants’ current situation, existing knowledge and individual goals and training needs, so that we can fine-tune the leadership development to meet those needs.
2. WORKSHOP/ TRAINING (4/8 HOURS)
They include relevant messages, current cognitive models, situational exercises for attitude and skill development with film clips, trainer presentations. Individual, pair, small and whole group.
3. AFTER-WORK
(1-2 HOURS)
Involving common online collaborative platforms, specific, mainly on-the-job tasks will be carried out in a playful, competitive framework on a platform designed to follow up the training.: e.g. individual, peer and team level tasks. For the implementation of pre- and afterwork tasks, we primarily recommend the VELOXNET gamified training support system, but if required, it is also possible to use other free online collaborative platforms (e.g. teams, google drive).
4. GROUP COACHING
(4 HOURS)
While training courses are about learning skills, group coaching focuses on solving everyday situations, practising the skills learned and learning from each other. With exercises. With each of these topics, the focus is on making participants aware of their strengths, activating them, working through their own examples and obstacles. Group coaching is conducted with 6-8 participants during leadership development.
