WORK EXPERIENCE
She founded the professional community of Coaching Team in 2010 which she’s been leading as Coaching Team Ltd’s CEO since May 2012. Since 2010 she’s been working in business field as an individual, group and team coach, leadership development advisor and trainer. She is a member of ICF Hungary and used to be a member of the district board in 2012 and the president of ICF Hungary in 2015.
She had started as a professional athlete afterwards she entered the business world and gained experience at Baumax Hungary. She learnt the trade’s little practices, became a leader in a short timer and worked as one for 7 years. She managed a team of nearly 100 people and projects with hundreds of people.
