WORK EXPERIENCE

I have spent over a decade leading cross functional product development teams in some of the most successful start-ups in Hungary. I have been with Ustream in their high growth phase, building out the Product Management presence in Budapest. I’ve led a product team at Prezi focusing on discovering and harnessing new possibilities based on user research and datamining. I’ve tried my hand at launching our own start-up too.

After some time, I’ve realized that I spend more of my time talking to new hires and fostering cooperation among fellow product managers than previously. I discovered I got more interested in spreading this knowledge and experience than doing the practice day to day. At this point I switched and moved into a new career. Providing Training and Consulting in Agile Digital Product Management. It was from this platform that I started to train in coaching and later in therapy and that I moved into leadership coaching as well. I have found that implementing the practices we teach requires sometimes a shift in the organizations culture too. So, in order to be able to help with this too I trained myself continuously.

As a developer of people and leaders I judge myself by how quickly I can become unnecessary.
