WORK EXPERIENCE

I have 25 years of intercultural (Dutch and English) leadership, pedagogical and coaching experience, preceded by studies in humanities, foreign trade and coaching. All of my activities are characterised by passion, commitment, focused attention and perseverance, whether it is individual or group coaching, teaching coaching, training, consulting, running, playing music or spending time with my family.

As an ICF internationally certified coach (Master Certified Coach, MCC), it is important to me to provide my clients with developmental support that enables them to discover their own – perhaps hidden – potential, to soar and to achieve their goals more consciously and effectively.

I also attach great importance to my own continuous professional development, and I believe that knowledge is multiplied when it is passed on, as it opens up new ways of learning. At the same time, I believe in the ever-renewing energies within ourselves: I am constantly on my own never-ending journey of self-discovery.

In addition, as a founding member of the Professional Coaching Association (PCE – Professzionális Coaching Egyesület) and as a coach trainer, I consider it my mission to promote coaching to a wider audience and to take social responsibility. As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) I have been supporting NGOs and colleagues with coaching and mentoring processes for years.
