YOUNG LEADERS ACADEMY
Young Leaders Academy is the first development program for the leaders who are in a young age or who are new in their position. It’s been operating in Hungarian with continuously growing participant number since 2012 and deals with development topics which are relevant in the 21th century. It focuses on the leader attitudes’ and competences’ development, and on growing the consciousness of leading.
The aim of the development program is to enable participants to adapt to different new situations due to changed working conditions from their specific leadership role.
Mapping experiences related to online operation, common and individual strengths, what needs to be developed and formulating goals.
The goal of the online resilience program is to increase participants ’mental resilience, identifying sources of their inner strength through their personal successes and objective measurement tools.
The purpose of the training is to enable employees working with significant performance requirements to effectively deal with stress they face.
In general, during a crisis, an organization is forced to face conditions that threaten its balance, and resolving them becomes the most important task, however the situation cannot be solved nor avoided with standard problem-solving tools.
The main objective of the workshop is to enrich participants in both the use of online tools and the methodology of meeting facilitation.
Only organizations and individuals who have a good understanding and excellent management of the required skill, cultural, technological and working method variations will be competitive.
Design Thinking brings together several different areas of knowledge and can be applied to different segments of life, but the goal is the same in all cases.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & TALENT MANAGEMENT
In our development solutions we like to work in process, to prepare the leader, the team, the organization thoroughly then help them in the implementation. The topics of our leadership programs are developed according to the needs of the organization, the participants.
We are working on the basis of the ethical principles and norms of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as coaches and trainers. We are responsible for the process, the frames and the supporting and inspiring atmosphere in which the leader or the team is developing and working to reach their goals.
